Overview
**Any WebDAV Server Support** — Extended `optional_host_permissions` to include `*://*/*`, enabling connections to internal IPs (e.g. `http://192.168.1.10:8080`) and custom domains (e.g. `https://nas.local`) with a single host-permission prompt. The previous "host permission not granted" error is fully resolved. **Robust URL Parsing** — Hardened `getOriginPatternFromUrl` against bare hostnames, trailing slashes, and whitespace input, producing stable Chrome origin patterns for permission requests.
