No more repetitive browsing. 🎯 Who It's For • News & Markets — Track headlines, most-read lists, or financial figures without opening the site. • Deal Hunters — Monitor price drops, listings, or free-game alerts at a glance. • Quick Checkers — Sports scores, weather, or system dashboards—without the noise. ⚙️ How It Works 1. Click SpotBoard on any website. 2. Select the section you want to track. 3. View and refresh all your captures from one dashboard. 🔒 Privacy & Transparency • Your Content — Captured content stays in your browser. Core features work locally. • Analytics — We collect limited usage data to improve reliability, including the hostnames of sites you capture or refresh. We don’t collect page titles, captured content or error text. Each analytics event uses a fresh random ID. Analytics cannot currently be disabled. Some site icons load from Google. • Feedback — Optional surveys open in a new tab or after uninstalling. Survey links carry no usage data or identifiers. SpotBoard requires no account, name or email. • Free & Open Source — No accounts, no paywalls. Code available on GitHub. ✨ Core Features • Manual Refresh — Update captures on demand. Your data, your schedule. • Cross-Device Sync — Card settings sync across Chrome installs. Captured content stays local. • Custom Layouts — Resize cards with four presets (1×1, 2×1, 1×2, 2×2) to fit more or less on screen. • Smart Exclusion — Before saving, visually toggle out ads, timestamps, and noise from your capture. • Boards — Organise cards into named tabs with emoji. Drag and drop to move cards between boards. • Dark mode — a full dark theme for the dashboard, with a sun/moon toggle in the header. Follows your system setting until you choose. • Drag to reorder cards — arrange cards in any board or the All view by dragging; each view keeps its own order. • Sort and Filter — A–Z sort, or show only active or paused cards. 🆕 What's New in Latest Version • Clearer refresh failures — the message now says that Re-capture resets your exclusions. 📞 Support & Guidelines • Responsible Use — Please monitor public content only and respect websites' terms of service. • Feedback — Questions or suggestions?
