Overview
Customizable Dark Mode for your Moodle sites.
Are you tired of the glaring white backgrounds on your university or school's Moodle LMS during late-night study sessions? Moodle Dark Mode is a simple, lightweight browser extension designed to protect your eyes by applying a sleek, comfortable dark theme exclusively to Moodle-based educational websites. Key Features: Custom Domain Targeting: Unlike global dark mode extensions that can break the styling of other websites, this extension only applies to the specific Moodle domains you choose. Easy Setup: Simply enter your institution's home path (e.g., lms.umt.edu.pk or moodle.school.edu) into the extension popup and click 'Add'. One-Click Toggle: Easily enable or disable the dark theme across all your saved Moodle sites using a single switch. Reduce Eye Strain: Enjoy a much more comfortable viewing experience while reading course materials, navigating your dashboard, or checking the calendar at night. Seamless Integration: Designed to work smoothly with Moodle's native layout without breaking course elements. How to Use: Install the extension and click the icon in your browser toolbar. Type in the base domain of your school's Moodle site (e.g., lms.umt.edu.pk). Click the 'Add' button. Ensure the 'Enable Dark Mode' toggle is turned on. Refresh your Moodle page to enjoy the dark theme! Enhance your late-night studying and focus on your courses without the eye fatigue.
