Overview
Draft personalized LinkedIn and email outreach from any profile, built for recruiters.
Linkwell: LinkedIn Recruiter Outreach & Candidate Tracking Write personalized LinkedIn outreach in seconds, built specifically for recruiters and hiring teams. Linkwell reads the LinkedIn profile you're viewing and drafts a personalized message matched to the role you're hiring for, as a LinkedIn connection request note, direct message, or InMail, plus email for Gmail and Outlook. No more generic templates or blank-page outreach. Why recruiters use Linkwell: Job-posting aware drafts — Paste a job description or upload a PDF, and every message ties the candidate's real background to the actual role, not generic flattery. Multi-channel outreach — Draft LinkedIn connection notes (fits the 300-character limit), direct messages, InMail, or full emails, all from the same profile view. Accurate, not generic — Linkwell only references what's actually on a candidate's profile. No invented skills, no "extensive experience" filler, just specific, honest outreach that gets replies. Built-in candidate tracking — Save job postings once, select them from a dropdown for every candidate, and track every conversation and follow-up in the free Linkwell recruiter portal. Smart follow-ups — Once a candidate replies, generate a follow-up that actually references what they said, comp questions, availability, interest, no copy-paste guesswork. Perfect for: Corporate and agency recruiters Talent acquisition and sourcing teams Hiring managers doing their own outreach Anyone tired of writing the same LinkedIn message 40 times a day How it works: Open any LinkedIn profile Click the Linkwell icon Pick a saved job posting (or attach a new one) Choose your channel: connection note, DM, InMail, or email Generate, review, send Free to install.
