Desk Wellness helps one to take care of all in one go by unique quotable reminders to blink their eyes, drink water, and take care of one's spinal health while on screen, with reminders at a gap of 20 mins on average which also helps one to stay focused and mentally fresh. It also has a start and pause button for user convenience.
