Bookmarks Manager turns your new tab page into a workspace for the links you actually use. Organize bookmarks by Organizations, Spaces, Collections, and Groups, keep different contexts separate, and work with your bookmarks the same way you already work with Chrome Tab Groups. Open a new tab and your workspace is right there: organized, searchable, and ready to use. 🗂️ ORGANIZE THE WAY YOU WORK • Organizations: the top level. Keep work and personal life apart, and switch between them from the sidebar. • Spaces: keep different projects, clients, or contexts separate. Reorder them by dragging, or drag one onto another organization to move it there. • Collections: organize related bookmarks into collections that you can reorder, rename, collapse, or move to another space. • Groups: use colored, collapsible bookmark groups inside collections, with the same nine colors available in Chrome Tab Groups. 🎨 BUILT AROUND CHROME TAB GROUPS • See your open tabs and tab groups directly inside the extension. Click a tab to jump to it, or collapse and expand a tab group from the panel. • Drag tabs or entire tab groups into your bookmark collections. A tab group becomes a bookmark group with the same name and color. • Save an entire window in one click, from the Open tabs panel or a collection, while preserving tab order and group structure. • Reopen saved bookmarks as real Chrome tabs and tab groups, including their names, colors, and collapsed state. • Optionally close tabs after importing them to quickly turn a cluttered window into an organized collection. ✋ DRAG & DROP EVERYTHING • Move bookmarks between collections and groups. • Select several bookmarks with Shift + Click, add or remove more with Ctrl + Click (Cmd + Click on Mac), then move, group or delete them together, or drag them all at once. • Move groups between collections and collections between spaces. • Merge groups by dropping one group onto another. • Ungroup bookmarks whenever you need them back at the collection level. • Collapse or expand every group in a collection at once. • Rename items directly by clicking their titles. • Deleted a bookmark by mistake? Undo brings it back in the same place. 🔍 FIND IT FAST • Search bookmark titles and URLs instantly. • Filter searches by Title or URL for more precise results. • Press Ctrl + K (Cmd + K on Mac) to open the command palette: type to jump to any bookmark, space, organization or collection, or to run an action, without touching the mouse. • Press Ctrl + F to jump directly to search. • Alt + Click a bookmark to open it in a small popup window without leaving your current page. 📥 BRING YOUR BOOKMARKS WITH YOU • Import the standard bookmarks file that every major browser can export. Your folders become collections and colored groups. • Choose where it lands (new organizations, spaces inside an organization, or collections in the current space) and see what will be created before anything is. • Merge it alongside what you already have, or replace what's there. • Export everything, one organization, or just the current space, as a Bookmarks Manager file that keeps every detail for backups, or as a browser bookmarks file for another browser. 🌙 MAKE IT YOURS • Dark mode and 14 accent colors. • Guided first-run tour with the option to launch it again from Settings. • Change any of the in-page shortcuts (search, command palette, popup window) from Settings. • Use Bookmarks Manager as your new tab page, or open it from the toolbar icon (Alt + Shift + B) in a tab or in its own window. • Keep your bookmarks beside the page you're on: right-click the toolbar icon and choose "Open in side panel" (or press Alt + Shift + S) for a compact view. Click a bookmark to open it in the current tab while the panel stays open. 🔒 YOUR BOOKMARKS STAY YOURS Your bookmarks are stored in Chrome's own bookmark system, inside a folder managed by Bookmarks Manager. If Chrome Sync is enabled, your bookmarks can follow you across your signed-in devices, and they stay in place if you ever uninstall the extension. No account. No backend. No analytics. No telemetry.
