Turn an email into a task for a teammate, follow the tasks given to you, and write clear emails without leaving your inbox. A launcher in Gmail also opens a set of AI tools for teaching, learning and work, each in its own tab. BEAST is for BEAST Focus users. Sign in with your BEAST Focus work email and a one-time code. New to BEAST Focus? Sign up at focus.nextania.in. ── In Gmail ── ✦ Delegate A Delegate button sits beside Gmail's Send, Reply and Forward. One tap turns the email into a single task. BEAST suggests the person on the email when they are one of your BEAST Focus contacts, and you can change the choice. Add an optional due date and an optional verifier. A long email is rephrased into one short task, which you see before you send it. 📥 Tasks Tasks given to you wait in a fixed panel, each with Mark as done. Tasks you have sent show their status (Waiting, Verifying or Done), in step with the BEAST Focus app. ✉ Email help The ✦ button in the corner of Gmail drafts a reply to the email you have open, writes a new email from a short prompt, turns a request into a calendar invite or a Google Form, and gives a short market brief. You choose the tone. Drafts go into Gmail's compose window, and you review them and press Send yourself. Auto Compose: when you open an email, BEAST drafts a reply from its sender, subject and opening lines. It is on by default, and you can turn it off in BEAST's settings (the toolbar icon). ✨ Polish and 🎤 Voice While you write in Gmail, Polish rephrases a longer draft for grammar and flow, and the mic lets you dictate. Both work only when you tap them. ── Tools in the launcher ── Click the ✦ button in Gmail to open the launcher. Each tool opens in its own tab. Teaching and learning: live classroom quizzes and games (Gamify Education), presentations with a whiteboard and animated maths graphs (Slide Lab), virtual science labs, conversation practice, and quiz questions made from a lecture video you choose. Career and study: Opportunity Radar matches jobs, internships and research roles to the profile you build. It also includes a higher-studies explorer and Resume Studio. Research and writing: Demystify explains a document you upload in plain language. Intelligence Analyser, Predictive Arena and Pain Points give short summaries of markets and industries. Beast Unleashed is a larger space for long-form writing. Creative: Good Campaign writes a post and creates its image. Also QR codes and interactive web pages. Reflection and travel: Wisdom Oracle and Battlefield help you think through decisions and goals. BEAST Tourism plans trips, with downloadable travel guides. ── Outside Gmail ── BEAST stays quiet on other websites. The only things it does there are these: - Select → Slides: when you select a passage of text, a small bar offers Copy or Slides, and you can snooze it for a site or everywhere. The text is sent only if you click Slides. - Google Forms: a form you asked for in Gmail is filled in for you on Google Forms. - Aurelia: an optional wellness companion on the Google home page. She is off until you turn her on. ── Privacy ── Content leaves your browser only when you use a feature, or when you open an email with Auto Compose on. - BEAST does not scan your inbox or collect browsing history. It reads only the email you open. - Voice audio is transcribed and discarded. It is never stored. - Text you polish, dictate or select is used only to return your result, then discarded. It is never sold or shared. - A task you delegate is saved in BEAST Focus, so you and your teammate can follow it there. - AI processing runs on our secure Cloudflare Worker. No ads and no tracking.
