Overview
Scroll pages at your pace. Save profiles, organize groups, choose scroll areas, and return to saved reading positions.
Advanced Auto Scroll moves web pages at the speed you choose. Use it while reading articles, following a dashboard, or working through long documentation. Start once or save a profile Start scrolling the current page without adding it to your saved URLs. A Start once session stops at the bottom and ends when you leave the page. For pages you visit regularly, save a profile with its own speed and scrolling options. Auto-start runs only on matching saved URLs. Stay in control Adjust the speed from 1 to 20. Use the toolbar popup, the compact controls on the page, or keyboard shortcuts to start, pause, resume, stop, and change speed. Shortcuts can be changed in Chrome's extension shortcut settings. Scrolling can pause when you use the mouse, touch the page, or press navigation keys. By default, it resumes after five seconds of inactivity. You can choose manual resume instead. Choose the scroll area Let the extension detect the scrollable area, select the whole page, or pick a specific panel. Preview the area before selecting it. You can keep a selection for the current page or remember it for a saved profile. If a remembered area is no longer available, scrolling pauses with a notice. Keep your reading position Save, return to, or clear a reading position on pages with a matching profile. Automatic saving is optional, with a separate choice for each profile. Saved positions stay in this browser; returning to one is always your choice. Organize your pages Create groups, move profiles between them, and search your saved pages. Add the current page directly to a group from the popup. Open and start scrolling all profiles, or just one group, in new tabs. URL patterns can use a separate launch URL. Set up repeatable scrolling Saved profiles can loop, reload at the bottom or after a loop, and switch to the next tab after a complete down-and-back loop. Pause a site for a set time, or limit scrolling to selected days and hours. Settings and privacy Export and import your settings as a backup. Profiles and preferences use Chrome Sync when it is enabled. Reading positions are stored locally and are separate from the settings backup. The extension does not send usage analytics. Website access is needed to control scrolling; Chrome's internal pages and other restricted pages cannot be scrolled by extensions. All features are free.
